Well done! That’s such an achievement. I started a new sport 4 weeks ago and have done four 1.5 hour sessions of it. Like you I was so nervous and it wasn’t something I’d done since school.

I took a class in middle school many many moons ago and loved it. However I didn’t continue pass that class experience until many more moons have passed. Now I’m 63 years and learning to sew. I love the way I feel wearing something I made for myself. It brings me so much joy and pride. I’m learning something new every time I start a project. Sewing is an expensive hobby. I don’t sew to save money because likely with the labor and materials needed in order to complete projects it is cheaper (money wise) to buy ready to wear. However the joy and happiness I get out of it is priceless!

I can relate to what you say. Curvy people find it difficult to get the right fit and when we do we want it to last but then this inner thigh ripping is real spoiler. I've will try this kinda patching n stitching now.

4 days ago, I asked myself that same question "who even sent me?"😂 and it was just 2,5km for my first run. I thought I would pass out, but managed to reach the finish line with blackouts. I think you did an excellent job...keep it up
